How Cavi works
A managed engagement with a person on every decision.
Cavi is built so that the work gets prepared for you and the decisions stay yours. Here is the shape of an engagement, and the checks behind it.
The engagement
Six steps, from scope to decision.
01
Scope one outcome
We agree the outcome, the owner, the reviewer, the limits, and the exclusions in writing before anything is configured.
02
Configure the module
We set up the one package that fits on CaviCore: connections, schedules, and the approval rules for your named reviewer.
03
Cavi prepares and routes
Counts, proposals, drafts, and follow-ups are prepared and routed. Exceptions are made visible with an owner instead of disappearing.
04
A person decides
A named reviewer approves, edits, or holds each consequential action. Concurrent edits fail safely; silence never becomes an external action.
05
A weekly account
You get a plain report of what happened, with unknowns left as unknown rather than filled in.
06
Decide at Day 30
You review the evidence and decide whether to convert, extend narrowly, or close.
Approval states
Five states, never blurred together.
A draft is not an approval, an approval is not a delivery, and a delivery is not an outcome. Cavi keeps them separate so a report never claims more than happened.
01
Drafted
Cavi prepared it.
02
Approved
A named person said yes.
03
Provider accepted
The sending system took it.
04
Delivered
It reached its destination.
05
Outcome
What actually happened for you.
Every run ends one of three ways: completed work, work waiting for review, or a visible failure with an owner. Missing data stays marked as unknown.
Before we turn anything on
What we record for each customer and package.
A demo, a test count, or a deployed feature does not establish a reliable service. Before activating a package for a named customer, we agree and record the following.
01Agreed scope, limits, exclusions, and start conditions
02Isolation between customers, checked for the roles involved
03Approval, edit, and safe-replay behavior demonstrated
04Freshness and reconciliation of the data Cavi reads
05Named operators, a reviewer, and staffed hours
06Measured provider cost and delivery labor
07Data ownership, retention, export, and offboarding
08Monitoring and a recovery procedure
09A baseline and weekly reporting definitions
